Shipping & Returns
Free Shipping within the US
We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. No matter the order size or destination within the contiguous US, shipping is always $0.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and prepared for shipping within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri).
Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT +4) on a business day will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will begin processing on the following business day.
Estimated Delivery Time
Our standard delivery time is 5–10 business days (Mon–Fri). This is an estimate and may vary depending on your location or unexpected delays such as weather or customs (if applicable).
Customs & Import Duties (incl. Trump Tariffs)
Please note that any applicable import duties, taxes, or tariffs (including additional tariffs introduced under the so-called "Trump Tariffs") may be charged by US Customs depending on the product category and declared value. These charges are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer. We do not have control over these fees and cannot predict their amount. If you refuse a shipment due to unexpected customs fees, our standard logistics fee and return policies will apply.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can monitor your delivery status at any time.
Returns
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at help@caalita.com within 30 days of receiving your order to request return instructions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
If your order arrives damaged or defective due to our error, we will cover the cost of return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement.
Logistics Fee for Refused Deliveries
To avoid unnecessary shipping and handling costs, we charge a $15 logistics fee if:

The delivery is refused at the door by the recipient

The package is not picked up from a collection point or delivery location within the pickup period and is returned to us
This fee will be automatically deducted from your refund if the package is returned for one of these reasons.
Please ensure you accept or pick up your package on time to avoid additional charges. Thank you for your understanding!

We are not responsible for delays or damages during transit caused by shipping carriers.
